Our visual arts program aims to inspire and empower students from pre-kindergarten through grade 12 to explore their creativity, develop their artistic skills, and cultivate their unique voice through the creation and appreciation of visual art. We seek to cultivate an inclusive community of confident and innovative visual artists who are capable of making meaningful contributions to society through their creativity and skills. We provide a comprehensive visual arts education that prepares students for personal fulfillment, success in college, and a lifetime of artistic expression. We envision a future where our students are global leaders and changemakers who use their artistic talents to inspire, educate, and engage others in positive ways.

Art Education is an integral part of a well-rounded education, forging connections across all academic subject areas. In our program students develop skills and techniques that inspire student agency, voice, and expression of thought. Conceptual and critical thinking promotes growth in the creative spirit, fostering natural connections between mind and body. Student-led inquiry builds cultural knowledge, historical perspective, and global-mindedness, allowing students to craft a personal and universal language. Through experimentation, critiques, and exhibitions, students demonstrate and share their response to the world around them.
